I Used to Think Getting Grounded Was a Bad Thing
Grounding Blend. After all those years of fearing being grounded by my parents, I’ve come to enjoy grounding myself. (And honestly, have come to enjoy some of the things that used to be punishments-taking a break from TV, cleaning my room, etc. But I digress.)
This blend is made up entirely of tree oils. Think of the root system under the ground-it’s as vast as the branch system above ground. The tree’s ability to dig deep is what helps it stand tall.
When you need to dig deep to stand tall, reach for this blend. How’s that metaphor for ya?
AROMATIC USE
As always, you can just open the bottle and sniff, put it in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry, or put a little on your wrist and smell from there.
Do this to bring your mood back into check (or the mood of those around you.)
Do this when there’s just too much to do and not enough brain space to keep it all organized.
Do this when your to-do list (or anything else) is keeping you up at night.
Have a bottle handy to pass around during car trips that have just gotten to be too long (or get a car diffuser.)
FAVORITE BLEND TO DIFFUSE IS GROUNDING BLEND AND WILD ORANGE.
TOPICAL USE
You could just mix it with your lotion, put it all over your body, and be happy. But more specifically, here are a few ways I use it.
Add it to your face lotion or oil for balancing your skin
Can soothe aching joints and muscles
Supports circulation
AWESOME BLEND FOR GETTING TO SLEEP TO USE TOPICALLY IS GROUNDING BLEND, LAVENDER, VETIVER.
INTERNAL USE
The grounding blend can’t be used internally because you just can’t eat wood.

I. love. science.
