Welcome to my new favorite drink!
This is my basic recipe of how I like my chai to taste-but you can adjust to your tastes. I like to multiply the recipe by 10 and add it to a bottle so I can use less essential oils if the flavor is too strong.
-2 drops each: cassia (or cinnamon bark), fennel, ginger
-3 drops cardamom
-1 drop pink pepper (for a spicier chai)
Mix with iced tea (black or dandelion root…or coffee!), a milk (I like heavy cream or raw milk), and sweetener (I like honey or coconut sugar.)
This is so soothing for the digestive system and even supports healthy bowel movements.
